One of our family's favorite dishes.
2 1/2 c herb stuffing
1/2 c butter
1/4 c chicken broth
3 c broccoli
2 c cauliflower
1 can cream of chicken soup
Curry powder and Turmeric to season
Mix 2 c of stuffing, butter and broth. Place in pie plate and bake 15 minutes at 350°.
Cube vegetables, season with curry and turmeric. Steam until al dente
Place vegetables over stuffing. Beat eggs and add soup. Pour over vegetables. Crumble remainder of stuffing over vegetables
Bake for 40 minutes
