Čevapčiči




Ingredients
Equal parts ground beef and ground pork (1lbs packs work best)
1 c red wine (Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon) for every 2lbs of meat,
Paprika to taste (at least 4 Tbls per 2lbs of meat)
1 garlic clove for every pound of meat
1/4 Onion for every 2 lbs of meat optional
1 egg for every 2lbs of meat
bread crumbs as required
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well together
 
Form balls to desired size
 
Bake @ 500° for 25 minutes on parchment lined baking sheet
 
or
 
Grill on BBQ until done
 
Serve as is or with dipping sauces
