Rye Cookies

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup Rye Whisky (or maple flavoured Rye Whisky)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups All-Purpose Flour

Preheat oven to 375*F

Cream butter, cocoa powder and sugar. On low speed, add on egg at a time. Add vanilla. Mix in Rye Whisky. add in the flour, baking soda and salt till all combined. Form 1 tablespoon size balls, and place 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on rack
